The house is located in the hamlet of Les Travers and overlooks the village of Cazoulès and the Valley of the Dordogne. The river and beach are approximately 1 kilometre away.

Set in a beautiful quiet location with numerous picturesque villages and some of the most well know landmarks, including Rocamadour, Sarlat and Domme, within easy reach.

Nearby there are a host of sports and leisure activities including swimming (lake and river), water skiing, canoeing, tennis, walking, cycling, fishing, horse riding and golf.
